New York's Dismal Voter Turnout
In 2014, New York ranked 46th out of 50 states in terms of voter turnout. We get to the bottom of this trend with the help of Bill Rudin, chairman for the Association for a Better New York, whose new initiative "Promote the Vote" aims to increase voter participation across the state.
