Pre-K for All Expands Access to Early Learning
One of Mayor de Blasio’s goals is to offer free, full-day, pre-kindergarten to four-year-olds citywide. Andrea Vasquez visits a pre-k in East Harlem to report on the program’s first year and plans to expand this model for early learning.
