WHAT ENTERING PHASE 4 MEANS FOR NYC
It’s been several months since Governor Andrew Cuomo put “New York on Pause,” effectively requiring 100-percent of all non-essential works to quarantine at home. And while New Yorkers did their part to “flatten the curve” the governor began implementing a phase system to slowly and safely reopen the state’s economy. So what does it mean to achieve this newly implemented milestone of phase 4?
