Season 2022
Episode 7212
We talk with Rafael Mangual, author of the new book “Criminal [In]Justice” and the head of research for the Policing and Public Safety Initiative at the Manhattan Institute. In his book, he argues that recent reforms in New York and elsewhere have failed; and that the people those reforms were meant to help are, in fact, the principal victims of the current rise in crime.
