Tonight, Metrofocus spotlight series “Who’s Running For Mayor” profiles a candidate who says he’ll bring those jobs back. His name is Ray McGuire. He’s one of the longest-serving and highest-ranking Black executives on Wall Street and has the support of New York’s business community.
