Boston, Massachusetts work to close wage gap

Equal wage laws have been on the books in the U.S. since the 1960s, but women still earn about 80 cents for every dollar that men earn, with black and Hispanic women earning even less. While federal efforts to close the gap have stalled, states and cities are looking for ways to address it, with Boston, Massachusetts, providing one model for change.
