Investigators find more evidence of Russian war crimes
There were more revelations Thursday of the depth of carnage and devastation across northern Ukraine as Russian forces redeploy to the east. The collection of the dead continued throughout the region, as apparent orders by Russian forces to kill civilians surfaced from German intelligence.
