The First Step Towards Justice - Reporting Elder Abuse
It is estimated that one in 10 adults over the age of 60 have experienced some form of elder abuse in the last year, but few of those cases are ever reported. In Tennessee, it's mandatory that anyone who suspects elder abuse or neglect report it to Adult Protective Services. Renee Bouchillon, APA's program director, explains.
