Juarez Insanity

In Juárez, Mexico, where government-sponsored mental healthcare is scarce, José Antonio Galván runs a shelter for the homeless and mentally handicapped. Galván is a former addict himself, who became a born-again preacher and felt a calling to help others in that same situation.
