Todd Marcus

Todd Marcus runs Newborn Holistic Ministries, a faith-based organization that works to revitalize Baltimore's Sandtown-Winchester and Upton neighborhoods. He and a group of volunteers restored the empty lots around, a center for women recovering from drug addiction.
