Reporter Roundup: LAPD Reform, COVID-19 Update

KPCC’s Frank Stolze has details on yesterday’s announcement of reform measures for the Los Angeles Police Department.

Cases in California this week are up by about 40 percent from two weeks ago. Los Angeles county has easily had the most reports KPCC’s Jackie Fortier.
