Blue Ocean Film Festival
The Blue Ocean Film Festival works to spread awareness about what lies beneath the ocean. One of the supporters of the festival is aquatic filmmaker and explorer Fabien Cousteau, who shares the story about his Mission 31 project, an underwater adventure in the Florida Keys.
