The family of a Lynwood man shot and killed by a Los Angeles sheriff's deputy is speaking out in an exclusive interview with David Nazar. The family of Kenny Rivera says he was shot by the officer when his hands were in the air and he was complying with law enforcement. Witnesses on the scene also testified his hands were in the air.
