Southern Arizona lays along the migratory route for these “winged jewels” and makes for an ideal place to study hummingbirds that come from as far away as British Columbia and Alaska. Host David Yetman climbs to the mountaintop preserve of Loma Alta to join scientists as they research “hummers” found in the fog forest.
