International Women's Day: Working Women Rising
Marchers gathered on International Women's Day in Washington, D.C., to protest the wage gap, support unions, and demand a higher minimum wage. The event, known as Working Women Rising, was hosted by One Billion Rising and featured speakers as well as dances, singing, poetry, and other artistic performances.
