TTC Extra: China's One-Child Policy
In 1979 China instituted its first one-child policy to slow population growth. Contrary to the former law, now only one parent needs to be an only-child to legally have a second child. Panelists: Megan Beyer, Genevieve Wood, Patricia Sosa, Mercedes Viana Schlapp
