TTC Extra: Oklahoma Passes Abortion Ban
Oklahoma passed a bill which makes it a felony to perform an abortion, except when the mother's life is in danger or to remove a miscarriage. Gov. Mary Fallin has 5 business days to veto the bill, or it will become law. The bill does not allow for exceptions in the case of rape, incest, or other health issues. PANEL: Del.
