Advocates for reproductive rights spoke out about an abortion law focused on hospital admitting privileges for doctors who perform the service in clinic. A similar case out of Texas was struck down in 2016. We heard from Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA) , National Organization for Women 's Toni Van Pelt, Center For Reproductive Rights' Susan Inman and Guttmacher Institute's Dr. Herminia Palacio.
