1. Penélope Cruz from "Parallel Mothers" and Benedict Cumberbatch from "The Power of the Dog"

2. Javier Bardem from "Being the Ricardos" and Penélope Cruz from "Parallel Mothers"

3. Both Oscar Isaac from "The Card Counter" and his band The Underdogs and Jared Leto from "House of Gucci" and his band Thirty Seconds to Mars opened at one time for the band "Green Day."

4. AoA pair Nicole Kidman from "Being the Ricardos" and Kristen Stewart from "Spencer" were both cast in the 2002 movie "Panic Room" and worked together for a few weeks. Kidman however suffered an injury and was replaced on the film by Jodie Foster.

5. Both Ellis and King worked on "Ray" and "If Beale Street Could Talk."

8. Garfield stars in "tick, tick…BOOM!"in which Sondheim plays a critical role in the story, and Sondheim wrote the lyrics to the musical "West Side Story" in which Zelger stars.

9. If you've seen her dance it should be no surprise that it is Ariana DeBose.

With "Oppenheimer" leading the way, many of PBS SoCal's "Variety: Actors on Actors" Season 19 guests received Academy Award nominations Tuesday — including Emma Stone, Mark Ruffalo, Bradley Cooper and Robert Downey, Jr.
