Flowers are in full bloom throughout the State of Puebla! The town of Atlixco, known as the city of flowers, cultivates blooms year-round! Learn more about the flowers of Puebla by making your own floral print. Explore how to blend the use of a tortilla press, a traditional Mexican culinary tool, with printmaking to create textured, one-of-a kind impressions on paper. This workshop is facilitated by Ni Santas, a women of color art collective.

¡Viva Puebla!: Tenango Inspired Art
The State of Puebla is a large region that is home to many indigenous communities, including the Otomí. The Otomí are known for creating colorful embroidered textiles called tenangos.  Learn about this unique artform while making your own tenango-inspired artwork.
