“Boustany:” A Palestinian Chef’s Tribute to Food, Memory and Identity
Traditional Palestinian food has long been a source of identity and memory for the diaspora. Sami Tamimi, an award-winning chef who grew up in the old city of Jerusalem, uses cooking to tell the story of Palestine.
