He’s a psychologist and CEO of the Center for Policing Equity (CPE), a think tank that collects and analyzes data to better understand police behavior and fight implicit bias. He tells Michel Martin how CPE is working in collaboration with law enforcement and communities to help make policing less deadly and less racist.
