Mikhail Kasyanov on Putin's Role in Syria
After a contentious meeting at the White House, House Leader Nancy Pelosi says she warned President Trump that, “the Russians have been trying to get a foothold in the Middle East for a very long time, unsuccessfully, and now the president has given them the opportunity" by pulling troops out of Northern Syria.
