Sen. Mark Warner on Trump’s Role in the Government Shutdown
The U.S. government remains in shutdown for a third consecutive week, with Republicans and Democrats still at an impasse over a key funding bill. The Trump administration has now been temporarily blocked from laying off thousands of government employees by a judge who said the layoffs are politically motivated. Democratic Senator from Virginia Mark Warner discusses the impacts of the shutdown.
