Frank Gehry Designs SELA Platform Parks and Cultural Center

Frank Gehry and his team found Southeast Los Angeles communities were among the most underserved along the L.A. River. The group focused efforts on a South Gate region surrounding the confluence of the L.A. River and Rio Hondo.
