During his stay he soaks in the mystical Mayan Baths, steams with a shaman in a sweat lodge, sails in a hot air balloon and meets Chef Felipe of the Casa de Sierra Nevada, one of the town’s top chefs, to pick up the fixings for his one-on-one cooking class.
