Rev. Jesse Jackson is a towering figure in the civil rights movement, but his political legacy is less often remembered. The issues he championed in the 1980s still echo in today’s politics, and his influence is the subject of Abby Phillip’s new book, "A Dream Deferred: Jesse Jackson and the Fight for Black Political Power."
