On Biden's 5-part plan to tackle rising violent crime rates

President Joe Biden is renewing his push to curb the current rise in violent crime, including homicides, in the United States. With a special focus on crime involving guns, Biden laid out his proposals, such as investing in police and community violence intervention programs, in a public address Wednesday.
