Brexit, Cameron resignation signal momentous change for UK

Great Britain voted 52 to 48 percent Thursday to become the first nation to leave the European Union. The vote prompted Prime Minister David Cameron -- a leading voice in the “Remain” camp -- to announce his resignation, though he will stay on until October to ensure a smooth transition.
