Can Atlanta's poor neighborhoods be lifted out of poverty?
In Atlanta, some neighborhoods suffer from what’s known as concentrated poverty, where poor individuals and families live near one another, leading to more crime and less job opportunities. NewsHour Weekend's Megan Thompson reports on strategies to turn these areas around.
