Civilian suffering, sliding morale in IS territory

The Islamic State has tried to paint an idealized portrait of life under its governance. But according to The Washington Post, the people who live in militant-controlled territory face failing infrastructure, power cuts, skyrocketing prices for basic goods and hunger.
