Murder case that put immigration on trial ends in acquittal

Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, an undocumented Mexican immigrant, was found not guilty by a jury on Thursday for murdering San Francisco resident Kate Steinle, a case that was repeatedly invoked by President Trump to rally support for an immigration crackdown.
