Did the Gulf nations summit fall short of U.S. hopes?

Before leaders from the Persian Gulf arrived for a summit at Camp David, tensions with the United States were clear. President Obama tried to provide reassurance, discussing the pursuit of a nuclear deal with Iran, the fight against the Islamic State and Syria's civil war.
