Paul: Trump has healthy skepticism for U.S. intelligence
As President Trump returns from a Helsinki summit with Vladimir Putin, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., says the U.S. and Russia “won't have any progress if we don't have any conversations.” While acknowledging that it’s likely that Russia meddled in the 2016 election, the senator says the U.S. also intervenes in foreign politics.
