Fate of bipartisan bill on criminal justice reform uncertain

A rare bipartisan agreement on a bill, which reduces mandatory minimum sentences for non-violent drug offenders, turned into a heated exchange after Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced his opposition to the bill.
