Florida begins recovery but restoring power poses challenge

Evacuees across Florida are making their way back home after Hurricane Irma but many must confront the hard work of recovery. Nearly every house in the Keys was impacted and the Jacksonville area remains under water and without power. John Yang is joined by P.J.
