Former NYPD officers talk police-minority relations
A major topic of conversation in recent months has been the often fraught relationship between police and minority communities. Last week, NewsHour Weekend spoke to the President of the Brooklyn chapter of the NAACP and retired NYC police lieutenant Julian Harper, who were critical of police.
