In Baton Rouge, tensions run high after officers shot

Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was on high alert today after a deadly shooting that killed three law enforcement officers this morning. The city has been tense ever since police officers shot and killed Alton Sterling, prompting protests throughout the country. Reporter Charlie Whinham, from our affiliate Louisiana Public Broadcasting, joins us for more.
