NC governor: We need clarity on bathroom law

The fight over North Carolina’s controversial bill to restrict restroom access by biological gender intensified Monday. The state’s governor and legislature filed suit against the federal government, rejecting the Justice Department’s assertion that the law violates transgender people’s civil rights.
