In our news wrap Thursday, the U.S. military says an airstrike killed four al-Shabab militants near Somalia’s capital. Also, the deep freeze that has gripped half the country set records from Arkansas to Maine. The town of Watertown, New York, was 32 degrees below zero before the wind chill.
