News Wrap: Dozens of civilians die in Afghan raid on Taliban

In our news wrap Monday, Afghan special forces attacked a Taliban hideout in Helmand Province, killing at least 40 civilians attending a wedding party next door at the bride's home. Officials said 22 Taliban fighters were killed as well. Also, Hong Kong's transit systems returned to normal after weekend demonstrations once again turned violent.
