News Wrap: Economy grows more than 3.5%; stocks drop
In our news wrap Friday, the U.S. economy has posted its highest back-to-back quarterly growth since 2014. Between July and September, growth ran at an annual rate of 3.5 percent, following a second quarter when it exceeded 4 percent. The positive economic news didn’t extend to Wall Street, however; another sell-off saw the Dow down nearly 300 points.
