News Wrap: U.S. and China reach partial trade deal

In our news wrap Friday, the U.S. and China reached a partial trade deal after 15 months of disagreement. President Trump agreed to suspend a tariff hike scheduled to go into effect Tuesday, and China pledged to buy up to $50 billion in U.S. agricultural products.
