Obama, Iran's President Rouhani Discuss Diplomacy Prospects

At the United Nations General Assembly, two diplomatic breakthroughs emerged: a draft resolution to eliminate Syria's chemical weapons, plus an agreement among the permanent members of the UN security council with Iran to revive negotiations over that country's nuclear programs.
