Pandemic brings telehealth to the forefront

The University of Mississippi and other medical groups have been pioneering the use of telemedicine to connect people living in the state's rural areas to health care. But while telemedicine has been slow to take off nationwide, the spread of COVID-19 is forcing the medical community to adapt to the pandemic.
