In other news Wednesday, a gunman shot two U.S. Air Force troops and wounded two others traveling in a military bus outside the airport in Frankfurt, Germany. The shooter, a 21-year-old Kosovan man, was arrested by police as he fled the scene. Security forces fired tear gas at protesters in Yemen, and two people were killed.
