Police shooting of Terence Crutcher may test Tulsa tensions
There are calls for a federal investigation into the police shooting of Terence Crutcher in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After his car stalled, video footage showed Crutcher, an unarmed black man, walking away from police, arms raised, before being shot.
