Racial scrutiny remains ahead of all-white Oscar ceremony

For the second straight year, no actors or actresses of color have been nominated for an Academy Award, leading to heavy criticism and calls to boycott the ceremony. The Academy of Motion Pictures, which oversees the awards, aims to double its number of female and minority members by 2020, but some say the real fault lies with the people in charge of the industry.
