Recovering from riots, Baltimore refocuses on Freddie Gray

Larry Hogan said the city is getting back to normal. Meanwhile, community leaders organized a march to refocus on the case of Freddie Gray. Hari Sreenivasan joins Judy Woodruff to discuss the city’s recovery.
