Supreme Court weighs protections for LGBTQ workers

The Supreme Court heard arguments Tuesday in what may become a landmark case on the workplace rights of LGBTQ Americans. Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act bars employers from discriminating against employees on the basis of sex -- but does it also protect against discrimination for sexual orientation or gender identity?
